Role Summary

 

The Front-End Sales Support Specialist serves as the critical first point of contact for all inbound and outbound leads. Your mission is to bridge the gap between initial interest and a funded loan. You will be responsible for delivering a premium, compliant, and conversion-focused experience by validating customer data, overcoming financial objections, and submitting high-quality, "lender-ready" leads. This role requires a blend of consultative sales talent, meticulous attention to detail, and technical resourcefulness.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

 

  1. Customer Engagement & Experience
    • Act as the first point of contact for inbound/outbound leads.
    • Handle customer interactions with professionalism, efficiency, and a customer-first approach.
    • Build trust and establish rapport to facilitate meaningful engagement.
    • Ensure every interaction aligns with client-defined customer experience standards.
  1. Lead Qualification & Validation
  • Verify customer identity and eligibility requirements.
  • Validate vehicle information, financing needs, and required documentation.
  • Ensure all data collected is accurate, complete, and compliant prior to submission.
  • Confirm customer intent and readiness before progressing the lead.
  1. Sales Conversion & Objection Handling
  • Present financing offers clearly, accurately, and confidently.
  • Apply consultative selling techniques to guide customers toward conversion.
  • Effectively address objections and provide appropriate rebuttals.
  • Drive conversion by securing customer agreement to proceed with lender submission.
  1. Lead Submission & Lender Alignment
  • Submit fully qualified and validated leads to the lender in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all submissions meet lender criteria and client-defined quality standards.
  • Maintain submission accuracy to support lender decisioning and approval processes.
  1. Quality, Compliance & Process Adherence
  • Adhere strictly to all client processes, compliance requirements, and quality protocols.
  • Ensure zero compromise on data accuracy, documentation, and validation standards.
  • Maintain proper system updates and accurate recordkeeping.
  • Meet or exceed client-defined quality benchmarks and operational expectations.
  1. Performance Accountability - The Front-End Sales Support team is directly accountable for:
  • Lead conversion performance
  • Submission of fully validated and qualified leads
  • Accuracy and completeness of customer and vehicle information
  • Adherence to client quality and compliance standards
  • Professionalism and customer experience delivery
  • Timely and accurate lead submission to lenders

Qualifications

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

 

  • English Level B2 and up
  • Proven track record in Sales Support, Lead Generation, or Account Management
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial terms simply and confidently.
  •  Demonstrated ability to handle objections, negotiate, and drive customers toward a "yes" while maintaining a "customer-first" approach.
  • High comfort level working across multiple screens and digital tools.
  • Highly resourceful with the ability to "self-serve"—referencing training materials and documentation to solve problems independently.
  • An uncompromising commitment to data accuracy and compliance. You take pride in submitting "perfect" files.
